Not every drive comes off a shelf. We specify and supply custom gearbox and motor packages for machinery that has its own constraints — an odd shaft, a supply voltage that isn't three phase, a torque figure no standard unit reaches, or an environment that eats ordinary equipment.

What we build

Custom drive solutions

Most special projects start the same way: an existing machine needs a drive that no catalogue lists. We work from the constraint — the space available, the power on site, the load it has to hold — and specify a package around it.

Modified output shafts

Special output shafts so a new drive fits existing machinery without reworking the frame.

Non-standard voltages

12V DC and 240V single-phase builds, matched to the supply actually available on site rather than assuming three phase.

Braking and holding

Brake motors for winding machines, where the load has to be held, not just stopped.

Speed control

Variable speed drives, soft starters and servo control integrated with the gearbox as one specified package.

High torque and power

Helical bevel gearboxes rated to 4000 Nm, and WEG motors from 110kW up to 400kW with soft starting.

Harsh environments

Underground mining, concrete plants and permanent outdoor exposure on solar arrays.
